Yet, because of the extensive time, effort, preparation and care that goes into creating and/or providing our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials, we have a very strict refund policy. Most of our content is digital and therefore, a lengthy refund policy could result in the theft of our materials.

Unless otherwise provided by law, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our 1:1 Services, VA Client Onboarding Package, Email Templates for Virtual Assistants, Affiliate Masterclass for Virtual Assistants and Social Media Marketing for Virtual Assistants, and no refunds will be provided to you.

The VA Lifeline, a DIY digital course refunds: I offer a 7-Day refund policy. You may request a refund for up to 7 days after you purchase the course. If you feel that I haven’t given you the value that will grow your online business, I will issue a 100% refund within the first 7 days of the course.

To be eligible for a refund, you must …

• submit your request to hello@reesebenyaacov.com within 7 days of purchasing the course. Do note that your card will be automatically charged 30 days from your date of purchase. We process cancellations Sunday-Thursday from 8 am – 4 pm IST (Israel Standard Time). If requesting a refund, please give ample time for processing to avoid having your second payment automatically charged.  

 Sadly, no refunds will be provided for …

• Purchases that were made more than 7 days.

• If you are in the same industry and sell a similar product to my course, you will not be eligible for a refund.

• If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund by the end of the 30th day, you are required to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan according to my 1 payment per month schedule.

• If you previously purchased the VA Lifeline and requested a refund or canceled for any reason previously, you will not be eligible to receive a second refund.  

 This refund policy is designed to give you 7 days to try my course, get acquainted and learn! If you do the work and feel that I haven’t given you value that will grow your online business, I will issue a 100% refund.
