When prospective clients consider working with me they ask me about my process for working with a new client.
I’d like to dig into that a bit to share how I work and how my brain works when as a business coach.
I think that when you choose a coach to work with there has to be something there that deeply resonates with you at that particular stage in your life.

I plant my flag in the ground on many principles that set me apart as a coach.
You see, the purpose of my work as a coach is to transform my clients.
How I do that is not only knowing my clients’ strengths and weaknesses but my own as well. Great coaches fill in their own holes by hiring experts and reinforcing areas they are not as strong in.
I don’t see myself as the traditional “business” coach. I see myself as my former sensei in martial arts. I see myself as that football coach that shaped the life of my close friends in high school.

Because I started as a virtual assistant in 2008 and today call myself a digital marketer, I’ve been down all the roads you’re on.
I’ve stumbled and fallen on my face more times than I care to admit.

I have learned where to focus and what to ignore in order to be successful.
I learned how to balance my home life with my career even if that means taking a step back from work during COVID.

You see, I don’t know how to do cookie cutter coaching.

It’s kind of like raising children.
Each and every child is like a snowflake with different thought patterns and needs and wants.
I have to become an expert at knowing instinctively how to help each of my clients individually and support them every step of the way.
Sometimes my coaching is very technical – meaning I work with clients on their tech to get them up to speed on how to perform the work their clients need them for.
Sometimes my coaching is entirely focused on getting you that first paying client fast in order to help you with a cash flow injection.
Sometimes my coaching is centered around mindset – and how to (excuse my French) how to help you un-fuck your brain so you can become the very best version of you.
I’ve said this a million times and I’ll say it again, mindset is usually the hardest thing to work on.
It’s because we all come pre-wired with our belief systems.
And those belief systems are hard to break down.
But I know how to get to the bottom of what my clients really need to help them become the very best version of themselves.
