How many of you get butterflies in your stomach when you have an interview with a potential client? How can you bring the best of you to the table when you’re “shaking” inside? We all know how nerve-racking interviews can be so how can you ensure that you slam dunk the client interview and walk away with a new client?
First things first – you better know your stuff. Don’t claim to be something your not and then not back it up with examples and testimonials.
If you’re a general administrative virtual assistant then state that, don’t try to become something you’re not, like a technical virtual assitant. Honesty is key here.
Once you have a potential client interview you have got a lot of prep work to do before your call, so don’t be in a hurry to have the call and then come up short with regards to your due diligence.
I’ll make things very easy on you. There is a facinating technique by Ramit Sethi. Ramit dubs his technique the briefcase technique. If you follow his technique you should be well on your way to signing up a new client if you do it right, and you bring confidence and expertise to the table.
I absolutely love Ramit’s techniques, and I know it works. I’ve used the very same technique multiple times and I’ll give him and his technique my own personal recommedation. It’s that good.

Let me know what you think of Ramit’s technique and how you’re going to use it.
Rock on,

As always, thank you for reading Linda!!!
Ramit has a great technique. He offers more concrete advice than the usual, generic “be totally prepared.”
Thanks!
You’re welcome, Shannon!
